Anna Loiko, the journalist of Sota Vision, was detained in the Moscow region after she came to the police for interrogation. According to Loiko, the police wanted to draw up a report on her for participation in the April 21 rally, although she was wearing a special vest and carrying a press card. According to the report of the Centre for Combating Extremism, which Loiko was shown at the police, she was a participant of the rally. In the afternoon, Loiko was released from the police without a report with the words «the event was postponed until the end of the holidays».
