The Yekaterinburg-based media outlet It's My City and its founder, former Znak.com editor-in-chief Dmitry Kolezev, had their Instagram accounts blocked. Kolezev wrote in his Telegram channel that the blocking was due to complaints filed by unknown people. In particular, they complained that the journalist was allegedly impersonating another person. At the same time, there was a spam attack on the editorial office's email account and Kolezev's personal account.
