The Leninsky District Court of Minsk found Halina Abakunchyk guilty of participation in an unauthorised event. The judge fined the journalist 50 base amounts under the article for violation of the order of organising or holding mass events (Part 1 of Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). Abakunchyk covered the street action March of Courtyards on November 29 and streamed from the scene of the event. This became the basis for administrative prosecution.
