The Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow arrested the photo correspondent Ivan Kleymenov, who was detained while covering the protest action on January 31, for 10 days. Kleymenov was declared guilty of participating in an unauthorised action, which resulted in obstruction of traffic and pedestrians (Paragraph 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The detainees were visited several times in the cell by an employee of the Centre for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment and informed that those who had refused to give the fingerprints would not receive parcels. A SIM card, 2 mobile phones, a wedding ring, and migraine pills were taken from the journalist.
