The flat of the correspondent of Current Time Raman Vasyukovich was searched under Article 174 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (decisions taken on statements or reports of crime). According to Raman, nothing illegal was found and nothing was seized. The search was conducted by transport police officers. The journalist explained to them that in February, criminal proceedings against him under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (incitement of racial, national, religious or other social enmity) had been refused for lack of corpus delicti. «However, as I learnt yesterday, it turns out that this ruling is being returned for further verification.
