The Krasnogvardeyskoye District Court of the Stavropol Krai declared Vladislav Leontyev, the founder of the independent newspaper Otkrytaya Gazeta, guilty of disobeying the lawful demand of the police and sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest. The owner of the newspaper tried to defend the circulation, which was arrested by law enforcers without, as he claims, any procedural documents.
