The court of Pinsk and Pinsk District fined freelance journalist Viktar Yarashuk 25 base amounts for cooperation with a foreign media outlet without accreditation from the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The court declared the journalist guilty of violating Part 3 of Article 23.5 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (illegal production and distribution of media products). The reason was a video material on the TV channel Belsat.
