Police officers searched the flat of the journalist of the regional media outlet Kommerchesky Kurier Dzmitry Suslau. As a result, they confiscated a smartphone from the journalist, detained him, and put him in a temporary detention centre until the trial. On March 24, the court of Babruysk and Babruysk District declared Dzmitry Suslau guilty of «distribution of extremist materials» (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) and sentenced the journalist to 15 days of administrative arrest.
