The Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow fined journalist Alexander Plyushchev RUB 45,000 in a case of distributing materials without marking of a «foreign agent» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Plyushchev was included in the register of «foreign agents» in October 2022. In June 2023, he was given the first fine for the absence of the marking, and in November — a fine for failure to submit a «foreign agent» report.
