The Basmanny District Court of Moscow fined Novaya Gazeta and its editor-in-chief Dmitry Muratov for mentioning foreign agents without proper markings. Three reports were drawn up for Muratov, and three more reports were drawn up for the newspaper itself. According to Mediazona, Muratov was fined RUB 12,000 and the newspaper was fined RUB 120,000. The Novaya Gazeta legal service told the Telegram channel ChTD that the reports were drawn up because of the publications about Anti-Corruption Foundation and the Doctors’ Alliance.
