The Kirovsky District Court of Saratov fined the editor-in-chief of Svobodnye Novosti Yelena Ivanova RUB 4,000 for mentioning journalist Dmitry Muratov without marking him a «foreign agent» (Part 2.1 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The founder of the media outlet, the publishing house Energiya, was fined RUB 40,000 in the same case. The decision on the first case was made on February 21, on the second case — on March 7.
