The Oktyabrsky District Court of Belgorod arrested the editor-in-chief of Belgorod №1 Vladimir Kornev for three days because of his posts in his Telegram channel, allegedly calling for participation in the protest action on January 23. Kornev was declared guilty under Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
