Blogger Dmitry Larin, who was questioned in June as a witness in the case of Yury Khovansky on the justification of terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), said that he was emigrating from Russia. According to Larin, he decided to leave Russia not only because of his desire to travel and social problems, but also because of pressure from law enforcers.
