The website of the media outlet Govorit NeMoskva has been blocked in Russia. The editorial office received a notice of blocking from Roskomnadzor. It did not say what materials caused the claims. The media outlet was created in autumn 2022 by a team of journalists headed by the former editor-in-chief of the Tomsk-based TV channel TV2 Viktor Muchnik.
