The Gagarinsky District Court of Moscow has ordered Dissernet founders Andrey Zayakin and Andrey Rostovtsev to declare information about plagiarism in the dissertations of Moscow judges Anna Starodub and Pavel Markov «defamatory and unreliable». Under the lawsuits for the protection of honour, dignity, and business reputation, Zayakin and Rostovtsev must pay both judges RUB 10,000 each and restrict access to the relevant pages of Dissernet.
