The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation has added publicist Aleksander Skobov to the register of «foreign agents». The Ministry said in a statement that Skobov had opposed the «special military operation» in Ukraine and identified the Russian Federation as a terrorist organisation, as well as participated in the activities of an «undesirable» organisation (meaning the Free Russia Forum).
