The Military Court of Appeal reviewed the verdict of Boris Kagarlitsky and sentenced him to five years in a general regime colony in the case of justification of terrorism. Kagarlitsky was taken into custody in the courtroom. In December, the Second Western District Military Court fined Kagarlitsky to RUB 600,000 and banned him from administering websites for two years.
