Vitaly Akhmerov, the author of the Telegram channel Simbirsky Shugozhor, was summoned to the police to be drawn up a report because of a post about the attempt of local activists to hold a picket in memory of Alexey Navalny. Akhmerov was charged with distributing information about a public association, which is declared «extremist» (Part 2 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
