The Petrozavodsk City Court received the materials of the administrative case against the publicist Vadim Shtepa, the author of columns about federalism and regionalism. He was charged with participation in the activities of an «undesirable» organisation (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). It is unknown what exactly became the reason for the report. Shtepa left Russia back in 2015.
