In Belarus, the content of Telegram and YouTube channels of Ukrainian blogger Olexander Rykov, known under the nickname BalaganOff, was declared extremist materials. This decision was made by the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Homiel. Now, the users of these Internet resources will face administrative liability for storage (subscription) and distribution of materials from these Internet resources, and in case of repeated violation — criminal liability.
