The Kazakhstani media outlet Arbat.media received a summons to the Leninsky District Court of the Russian city of Vladimir. The media outlet was sued by the 19th Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Army in connection with the article «Russian occupiers are defeated in the Kharkiv Region, but do not want to admit it», published in September 2022. Roskomnadzor considered that the article contained information violating the law of the Russian Federation. Roskomnadzor demanded to remove the article back in November 2022, but the media outlet did not do so.
