At least nine people were detained in Yekaterinburg at anti-war rallies on the anniversary of the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine. In particular, Vladislav Muzafarov, the administrator of the Telegram channel Light, was among those detained at the memorial to victims of political repressions at the 12th kilometre of the Moskovsky Tract, where activists of the Sverdlovsk youth branch of Yabloko planned to lay flowers. He was released from the police with an obligation to appear for a report under Article 19.5.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (lack of registration at the place of residence). Three people were detained in the arboretum near the Greenwich shopping mall: two of them were laying flowers at the monument to the Urals soldiers who disappeared during World War II, and RusNews journalist Irina Salomatova was covering the action. All three were released without reports.
