Roskomnadzor blocked in Russia three publications of the Tambov-based media project Hard Sign, posted in its VKontakte community. Roskomnadzor demand was dated February 21. The publications referred to the burial sites of military personnel killed in the war in Ukraine. They mentioned the surnames, first names, and patronymics of the dead. The publications are still available via VPN and from abroad.
