The сourt of appeal in Vlasikha has finished considering the case of the «third Bakhchysarai group» of Hizb ut-Tahrir and decided to approve the decision of the Southern District Military Court. The civil journalist of Crimean Solidarity Amet Suleymanov, who has disability and heart disease, will go to a strict regime colony for 12 years. He needs urgent replacement of his heart valve. Amet Suleymanov participated in the meeting via video conference from the Crimean Garrison Military Court, and the Seytumerov brothers and their uncle Rustem Seytmemetov — from the Novocherkassk pre-trial detention centre. Amet Suleymanov has been under house arrest since his detention.
