In the afternoon, problems with access to the website of Radio Azattyq began in Kazakhstan. The page rus.azattyq.org either opened with great difficulty or did not open at all, with the inscription «This website is unavailable» or «Unable to access the website» appearing on the screen. The website was available via VPN services. A few hours before the problems with access to the Internet resource, according to the editorial board, Radio Azattyq published the article «Tokayev’s underground business» and «the danger of Kazakhstan being dragged into war». The first part of the publication described the investigation of the Swiss organisation Public Eye. The website of Public Eye stopped opening in Kazakhstan close to the evening of September 24.
