The Russian Institute for Advanced Training and Professional Retraining of Education Workers fired Natalya Dergachyova, an employee who made death threats against the journalist of the media outlet Bloknot Taganrog Darya Pautova. Dergachyova started threatening Pautova after she published a story about her former boss, director of the Taganrog Children’s Art Centre Lyudmila Turik, in which Turik’s subordinates complained about her poor treatment of them. The Investigative Committee launched an investigation against Dergachyova.
