The Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky City Court fined journalist and head of the regional branch of Yabloko Vladimir Yefimov RUB 200,000 in the case of repeated discrediting of the Russian army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Yefimov was banned from publishing materials on the Internet for two years.
