On February 6, the police questioned the Mari El-based journalist Aleksey Seryogin about the reposting of a photo of a spontaneous memorial in memory of Ukrainians killed during the «special military operation». The Ministry of Internal Affairs officers asked when and why the journalist made the repost. In his Telegram channel, Seryogin reposted the news story of the media outlet SOTA about the appearance of a memorial in Yoshkar-Ola. In the photo, blue and yellow ribbons were lying near the monument to the victims of political repression.
