It became known that law enforcers detained blogger Dzmitry Harbunou. The detention was reported by pro-government Telegram channels and showed a «penitential» video. In the video, the blogger said that he was detained for reposting «some publication, which contained personal data of a certain police officer» and «made insulting remarks» against Aliaksandr Lukashenka.
