On January 25, Anna Petakchyan filed a lawsuit with еру Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Editorial Office of Zhoghovurd Newspaper LLC demanding to refute the information considered as libel. The reason for the lawsuit was the information published by the editorial office that the plaintiff exploits Indians arriving in Armenia. Later, on February 2, Anna Petakchyan’s lawyer refuted this information through the same media outlet, but the lawsuit remained in force — it was accepted into the proceedings on February 8 and is in the process of consideration.
