Journalist Aziyat Zheksheyev was issued a summons to appear in court in a case he had already won. He told Kloop that the case is about five years old. «[Back then] A video of the offender was used on the air with the author’s name. But he still filed a complaint for alleged copyright infringement and with alleged damages of millions of soms», — Zheksheyev explained. According to him, he won several times in court, and the court ruled that there was no corpus delicti in the case. However, after several years, the court decided to reconsider the case.
