On January 15, the Specialised Inter-District Court for Administrative Offences in Aktobe found the editor of TilshiNews.kz Askar Aktleuov not guilty of libel. Administrative proceedings were terminated for the lack of corpus delicti in the actions of the journalist. The trial was initiated at the request of the director of the gymnasium. She believes that Aktleuov spread deliberately false information in his posts, linking the dismissal of the school technician to complaints to the Akim of the region during his visit to the gymnasium.
