Lipetsk resident Felix Yeliseyev, the administrator of the Telegram channel She Collapsed, has been put in a pre-trial detention centre on two criminal cases on justification of terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) for publications in the Telegram channel Kolkhoz Madness. The second case against him was opened on April 28 for the publication, the author of which praised the Ukrainian military for the strike on an oil depot in Belgorod.
