The six police officers detained for taking bribes appeared in court in Bălți. The court hearing was held behind the closed doors. None of the defendants wanted to talk to the media. Moreover, some were aggressive with journalists. One of the policemen was asked by the Nordnews.md reporter Nicolai Coșeru if he admits his guilt. The policemen did no reply to the question and threatened the journalist.
