On May 7, 2023, in Simferopol, during the release after administrative arrest of Abdureshit Dzhepparov, the civil journalist of Crimean Solidarity Zidan Adzhikelyamov was recording an interview with him, when Rosgvardiya officers approached the place of filming. They stated that filming was prohibited because «the time is not calm», but they could not give any legal grounds. Instead, they demanded written explanations from those gathered. The civil journalist was able to leave the scene without giving explanations.
