Officials from the Kherson City Council prevented the filming of the banquet, which was held on “City Day” in the City Council building. It is worth noting that, according to Ukrainian legislation, “a journalist has the right to freely visit the premises of government officials and open events held by them.” All city council officials were invited to this event.
