The Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of Almaty fined Russian blogger Huseyn Hasanov under Article 425 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan for violation of the law requirements in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, as well as hygienic standards. The fine amounted to KZT 87,510 (more than USD 200). The reason for initiating an administrative case was a fan meeting with fans in Almaty during quarantine restrictions.
