Blogger Dauren Ukin, the author of the YouTube channel Azattyq Alany, was subjected to judicial administrative punishment in the form of a warning for disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer. According to the investigation, Ukin filmed a video on his mobile phone camera in the foyer of the police station, and then resumed filming in the office of the deputy head of the police station. He ignored the police officers’ demands to stop filming.
