The host of the “Countdown” talk show, Myroslava Barchuk, revealed that the program’s editors had been subjected to pressure from employees of the President’s Office. According to the presenter, staff from the President's Office accused the talk show of not complying with professional standards (such as a lack of a impartiality in the 18 October episode) and set their own standards regarding allowing deputies from Servant of the People into the studio.
