On 3 November, journalist Alena Bereza was attacked. An unknown person ambushed her near the gym, dousing her with an unknown foul-smelling substance. Alena claims to have already this man near her house previously and says the attack is due to her position as a journalist. A few days before the incident, she published an article about the financial affairs of four deputies of the Khmelnitsky City Council.
