The software provider Seven Hills of Kazakhstan LLP demands from the editors of the news agency Total.kz and the executive director of the public association Әdildik Zholy Didar Smagulov to refute the information about the unreasonable overestimation of the cost of works and services, as well as to pay about USD 21,000 of material damage (jointly). The reason was an article published on September 28 on the website total.kz with reference to D. Smagulov’s post entitled «Who put 840 million tenge in his pocket — Smagulov turned to Musin». In case of refusal of «peaceful settlement of the dispute», LLP reserved the right to file a claim with the court.
