The representative of the developer Everest Property LLP sent a pre-trial claim to the editorial office of the newspaper Vremya demanding a refutation of Yekaterina Tikhonova’s article «Upset to the fullest» from October 10, 2023. The developer’s claims concern the direct speech of one of the local residents who said that there used to be a river at the construction site, as well as the fact that in her publication the journalist «comments and refers to a court decision that has not yet entered into legal force».
