The bailiff service arrested the bank accounts of the Moscow office of Radio Liberty. On May 14, the Main Department of the Bailiff Service for the City of Moscow handed the media outlet a notice of the initiation of enforcement proceedings, as well as a decision to search for the organisation’s bank accounts and to seize them. The bailiffs’ decisions were related to the numerous fines that Radio Liberty had received due to violations of the rules for labelling publications as a «foreign agent» media outlet; in total, about 520 reports were issued against the media outlet.
