Ilya Barokhovsky, head of a coalition of independent bloggers and journalists and the correspondent of semeyainasy.kz, was summoned to the police on Sunday by phone for a talk. The caller introduced himself as a district police officer and did not say why the journalist was summoned for interrogation. Ilya later told the news agency Adil Soz that the police interrogation was conducted correctly, the officers were asking whether he had participated in rallies. At the same time, Barokhovsky clarifies that he did not cover the rallies and did not post any videos or posts.
