In Yerevan, law enforcers tried to detain Andrey Melnikov, a blogger from Anapa, who is wanted, presumably in a criminal case on discrediting the Russian army (Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The man managed to escape with the help of local residents. «I am wanted again, on the run again. They are looking for me again. I am hiding again. They tried to detain me, arrest me. I don’t know how to put it correctly. My Armenian brothers helped. It’s all a spy story. It’s all action. I will tell it separately later», — Melnikov said.
