The Oiyl District Akimat of the Aktobe Region and the chief physician of the district central hospital threatened journalist Azamat Abilkairov with a lawsuit for a publication on Facebook. The publication was about a resuscitation doctor’s complaints that the head of the hospital did not grant the labour leave required by law. After the intervention of the press secretary of the Akim of the Aktobe Region, the district Akimat and the chief physician of the hospital abandoned their intentions.
