According to the journalist's mother, on October 1, the KGB officers were searching her son's flat for 2.5 hours. They seized flash drives, stickers, and badges from 2001. Article 130 of the Criminal Code (inciting discord) and Article 369 of the Criminal Code (insulting a public servant) were mentioned in the search warrant. On September 28, Henadz Mazheyka published an article on the website of Komsomolskaya Pravda in Belarus with a positive review of the Minsk resident Andrey Zeltsar, killed that day by KGB officers during a shootout who were trying to break into his flat.
