Felix Yeliseyev, the administrator of the blog She Collapsed and a defendant in the case under the article on justification of terrorism, said that his health deteriorated in the pre-trial detention centre, where he was not provided with medical care. Felix Yeliseyev has been in the pre-trial detention centre in Lipetsk region since the end of 2022: at that time, he was charged under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation because of his publications in the Telegram channel Kolkhoz Madness. On April 28, 2023, another case was brought against Yeliseyev — under the same article and because of the publication in the same channel. According to journalists, the reason was the the post «Ukrainians did a good job, they hit the oil depot in Belgorod, it’s a pity it wasn’t Moscow. It is good to hit the aggressor on his territory, it immediately recalls the bombing of Berlin by Soviet aviation in August 1941».
