The Specialised Court for Administrative Offences of Almaty considered the claim of public activist Togzhan Kozhaly on bringing blogger Anton Budarov to administrative responsibility for dissemination of knowingly false information about candidates and political parties (Article 104 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan). Ex-candidate for deputies to the Majilis of the Parliament asks to oblige Budarov to refute libelous information about her honour, dignity, and business reputation, to remove all materials concerning her from YouTube channels Anton Budarov (Budanbai) and Kot Ashar. The court, having studied the case materials and listened to the explanations of the parties, terminated the proceedings on the case for lack of corpus delicti of an administrative offence.
