Sergey Ukhov, the former coordinator of Navalny’s Perm headquarters, has been charged with «public calls to carry out activities against the security of the state» (Article 280.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The case was opened back in February. Ukhov runs the media project Perm 36,6. He has left the country and is on the federal wanted list. On August 17, the apartments of four people in Perm were searched as part of Ukhov’s case.
